Bikeability Courses – Level 3 August 2019
Level 3 Course Participants must have successfully completed the Level 2 Course and be in school Year 6 or above.
Level 3 teaches trainees how to ride in different and more challenging traffic situations, and is usually completed by children of secondary school age.
To register participants must have already successfully completed Level 2
For the on road sessions the ratio is two instructors to a maximum of 6 trainees and for all sessions we meet at Watford Cycle Hub
The course will be led by National Standards Bikeability Instructors who work for Herts County Cycle Training Team.
The course will be continually assessed and at the end of the week those candidates who have achieved the National Standard will be awarded a Level 3 certificate and badge.
Attendance on all days is required for successful completion.

We have receive numerous enquiries about the course so early booking is recommended and payment in advance is required to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made either on-line by BACS or in person at Watford Cycle Hub with cash. There is a maximum of 6 places available for the course.
All participants must have a roadworthy bike and helmet for the course so it is advisable to check the bikes in advance. We offer a free bike assessment and on production of the assessment sheet a 10% discount will be given for any work needed. We also have bikes for hire and sell helmets and other cycling accessories at competitive prices.
Before riding on the Public Highway, all Level 3 participants must submit a completed Watford Cycle Hub Rider Participation and Information form, signed by their parent or carer, available here: WCH Highway consent
